What’s Included:
- 1 weekly check-in via text or email
- 1 monthly group coaching call for continued education and accountability
- 1 full progress check-in (measurements/photos/macros) over the 3-month period
- Ongoing guidance for maintaining results post-cut, build, or reverse
- Access to me for questions and support between check-ins
2-month minimum commitment, then continues on a rolling monthly basis until canceled.
